Renovation of the facade of a real estate agency

During this project, located in a protected historical area opposite the Château de Saint‑Germain‑en‑Laye, we renovated the entire storefront of the international real estate agency in Saint‑Germain‑en‑Laye.

The work involved sanding the entire facade, then filling all the holes, cracks, and other imperfections in the wood cladding with wood filler. The paint was then applied in accordance with the relevant building codes and the specifications of the French Historic Monuments Commission (ABF). Particular attention was paid to protecting passersby during this project to prevent any risk of accidents involving pedestrians.
